Here at STAARK, it’s all hands on deck from the top down. Co-founder Dominik Kubic is as excited about taking a hands-on approach to leading intriguing projects as he was when he and Oscar Kus first set up the business.

Working hand-in-glove with innovative architecture firm BRD and listening intently to the needs of Coles Liquor Group, tackling the St Helena Marketplace outpost of Vintage Cellars was an exhilarating gig.

“There was a tight timeframe on this one, with a major shop fit to tackle that had to coincide with new cool rooms being built and the installation of a unique, if labour-intensive, feature ceiling spans the whole shop floor,” Dominik says. “But we rose to the challenge, as we always do, and the end result looks spot on.”
