Liquorland Deniliquin

Bisected by the Edward River that runs through the heart of the NSW town of Deniliquin, not far from the Victorian border in the Murray region, this regional hub represents one of STAARK’S more far-flung projects, creating a new Liquorland outpost for client Coles Liquor in conjunction with Melbourne-based architecture practice i2C.

STAARK co-founder Dominik Kubic relishes getting stuck into a big project like this and rose to the challenge of navigating the process from a distance. “Completing a regional project meant well-organised procurement and coordinating a raft of tradespeople,” he says.

As a trusted client of STAARK’S, there was never any question of us letting Coles down, with Dom giving it everything he had to get it over the line. “We wound up completing the build two weeks ahead of schedule.”
