From a greenfield project to a complete shopping centre in only five months – this was a new-build delivered with precision and momentum. The team transformed a blank site to deliver a fully operational retail destination on time.
The key works in this project included the construction of external pavements and linemarking, as well as construction of cold shell building with two tenancies. This included auto sliding doors and full height glazing, standing seam roofing system, aluminium wall and ceiling cladding with a timber-look finish, DDA amenities, electrical power and lighting internal and external, and finally planter boxes and external tiling finishes.
