Project details
This project involved the full delivery of a new purpose-built McDonald’s restaurant, incorporating dine-in, drive-thru and back-of-house facilities. Works commenced with complete site establishment and demolition, including clearing existing structures, followed by extensive civil and external works such as bulk earthworks, drainage, pavements, kerbs, car parking, drive-thru lanes and pedestrian access.
The build included structural construction of the restaurant (slabs, framing and roof structure), internal and external architectural finishes in line with McDonald’s latest BIO MOD design standards, and full coordination and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services. The scope also covered commercial kitchen and BOH services integration, external branding and signage, landscaping, council compliance works, and ongoing liaison with authorities to secure all required statutory approvals.
