Located in the regional hub of Deniliquin, NSW, this project saw STAARK deliver a new Liquorland store for Coles Liquor in collaboration with Melbourne-based architecture practice i2C.
Delivering in a regional setting required well-planned procurement and careful coordination of multiple trades. Through streamlined programming and strong on-site management, the team completed the build two weeks ahead of schedule.
The scope included a full fit-out from a cold shell, installation of a new plant deck and rooftop mechanical system with access walkway, and a switchboard upgrade from the adjacent Coles tenancy. The project also incorporated a new cool room, refrigeration and fridges, new lighting, updated wall and floor finishes, and installation of shelving throughout to prepare the store for trade.
