Coles Patterson Lakes underwent a major upgrade to bring the store in line with the contemporary standards customers expect.
STAARK delivered the transformation while the store remained fully operational, requiring careful staging, night works and a strong focus on safety management within a live retail environment. The project included a revitalised bakery, deli and fishery, new flooring and painting throughout the store, significant refrigeration upgrades and the relocation of counters and egress points to improve functionality and flow.
Despite the challenges associated with structural deficiencies and working after hours, the project was successfully delivered with minimal disruption to customers and store operations, resulting in a refreshed and modern retail environment.
