Located along the Murray River, Mildura, a vibrant rural city in northwest Victoria, stands out as an appealing destination for collaboration with our esteemed client, Coles. However, this partnership also presented logistical challenges as STAARK operated out of Melbourne.
The Mildura project, a part of Coles’ renewal initiative, encompassed a wide scope and an extended timeline. Enhancements included the addition of a feature cladding around the perimeter to elevate the shopping experience, coupled with visual improvements in the deli, bakery, and seafood sections.
