STAARK delivered this Coles upgrade in line with today’s leading retail design standards, revitalising the store to enhance both functionality and customer experience.
The project included a full internal and external repaint, vinyl floor replacement and the close-down and rebuild of the deli into a new self-serve format with updated partition walls, flooring and signage. Asbestos management was undertaken throughout, alongside new lighting and power installations to modernise the space.
The upgrade also delivered a new Customer Service Desk and front-end registers, digital screens and crash rails, plus a new kitchenette, flat bread machine and donut machine. STAARK coordinated all Coles direct contractors, including refrigeration, internal and external signage, shopfitting, data electricians, security and IT, to ensure a seamless outcome.
