Project details
Delivered as a night shift build, the refresh at Coles Cairnlea was completed while the store remained fully operational. The team coordinated a structural overhaul of the deli, safely sectioning works and rebuilding the space into a new self-serve format with updated partitions, flooring and signage.
The project included a full internal repaint, vinyl floor replacement, new lighting and power, and the construction of a Click and Collect area with Service Desk and epoxy flooring. New equipment, digital screens, crash rails, a Customer Service Desk and front-end registers were installed, with STAARK coordinating all Coles direct contractors including refrigeration, signage, shopfitting, data, security and IT to ensure seamless delivery.
