Having worked closely with business owners, directors, and leadership teams throughout his career, Gaurav has built extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, governance, and strategic planning across complex multi-entity organisations. He enjoys helping businesses make informed decisions, improve systems and processes, and build strong financial foundations for long-term growth. At STAARK, Gaurav oversees the group’s financial operations, reporting, compliance, and internal systems, while working closely with the wider team to support the business’s continued growth.
Luhan is an experienced estimator specialising in cost planning, competitive tendering and subcontractor procurement across commercial, industrial, education and rail infrastructure projects. She has delivered pricing and estimating services for private and public-sector projects ranging from $100K to $12M, providing accurate cost advice, trade-based cost planning and practical construction methodologies across a diverse range of construction environments.
